fix: improve Japanese and Farsi translations for ERC-777 token standard page

Description

This PR improves the Japanese and Farsi translations of the ERC-777 token standard documentation page. The changes include:

• Fix formatting issues in both language versions
• Improve technical term translations to be more accurate
• Make the translations more natural and fluent in respective languages
• Align content structure with the English version
• Add missing warning section about ERC-777's security concerns
• Standardize markdown formatting

Changes in Japanese version (ja):

• Improved translation of technical terms like "hooks" and "decimals"
• Enhanced sentence structure to be more natural in Japanese
• Fixed formatting issues in headers and code blocks
• Added proper warning section about security concerns

Changes in Farsi version (fa):

• Fixed title format issue
• Improved technical terminology translations
• Enhanced readability with better punctuation
• Made the content more aligned with Persian technical writing style
