This PR introduces a small “Getting help” section near the end of the README. It explains where contributors should go when they get stuck (searching or opening issues, asking in Discord, revisiting
CONTRIBUTING.md) and encourages them to include enough context (links, screenshots, error messages) to speed up debugging. The goal is to make support pathways clearer for new contributors. This change only affects the README.Description
