KeroEdit is a Kero Blaster editor. It allows you to create mods based on Pink Hour, Pink Heaven, and Kero Blaster.
To start modding, load a game executable, open a map, and start editing!

Documentation will be coming for file formats, writing PXEVE scripts, map features, and finally KeroEdit itself.
