[flutter_svg] Fixes typo of allowDrawingOutsideViewBox in doc comments.

All the doc comments referred to the allowDrawingOutsideOfViewBox parameter. However, there is no allowDrawingOutsideOfViewBox parameter. The parameter is called allowDrawingOutsideViewBox (without a "Of"). This PR fixes this issue.
