Enhance debugging options and Linux compatibility

This PR is a draft for now, as I will probably will still add more minor improvements soon(ish).

This PR adds several minor improvements.

• a new Theta executor, which uses the local, "all in one" Theta-xsts.zip release (not docker)
  • thus I can just locally change the Theta jar for quick, local debugging
  • on the Theta side: xsts-cli: zip package, discussion theta#333
• the vs code extension commands did not work on linux - fixed
• a bit of documentation on options of using/debugging Semantifyr
• integrated trace generation, thus removed some hard-coded configurations, added some flags, etc.

• fix failing docker tests (see CI and locally as well)
• slice up and lower complexity of getParameters in ThetaExecutor
