Its not full
General Data ConversionAPI, but yet can be used to wrap sample format conversion, channel conversion andresampling into one operation. This is what miniaudio uses internally to convert between the format
requested when the device was initialized and the format of the backend's native device.
It is very similar to the resampling API.
