Would it make sense to call this one qc_exome.cwl and have a new one, qc_exome_plus_vbi.cwl that calls this one and also VerifyBamId? It's a little odd to name it for something that's not in it instead of something that is. (This version would involve updating all the reference in the workflows that call the existing QC subworkflow...)
