Added back support for Linux build.

Allows building of Swift on all supported platforms.

Created a dev container to build the package.

Thanks for putting up a fix @leogdion ! Could you remove the devcontainer json file? That’s not a feature we’re able to support right now, but I definitely want to get the package file changes in. Once the devcontainer file is removed I can run the ci workflow and get this in
