Warning: this new fingerprinting method is currently experimental. We now version the micro-kernel configuration for operations that make use of the weight cache. This allows the cache provider to keep track of these versions to check, when restoring packed weights from a previous run, that they were packed in a way that is compatible with the current XNNPack version.
