Description:
There seems to be a case where retrieving the network fees for very old blocks fails and returns a 404 from the mirror node side as there are no records. In order to fix this problem a default value will be used for
eth_getBlockReceiptsso it doesn't break any tools. The default is purposefully low so that any tool that multiplies gasUsed × gasPrice will simply see a very small “fee paid,” and won’t blow up or double‐count fees.Related issue(s):
