Layout optimizations

• very basic responsive design, bearable on phones, better on smaller to HD screens
• contains multiple optimizations for layouts where buttons are not rendered correctly, too much additional padding, fonts are too small, elements are shaking etc.
• bug fixes with JSON schema and payload input-output

the interaction window viewer may need to be built differently for mobiles
