Improved algorithms

This new release contains improvements and bug fixes in the PhyloFusion algorithm and a bug fix in the blob tree algorithm.
It also contains an implementation of the Robinson Foulds distance to compare trees.

Additional heuristic to remove unnecessary reticulations caused by multiple taxa attaching to the same multifurcations.
