1.1. Introduction

The OfficeAI seamlessly integrates into Microsoft Office and WPS as a plugin, supporting intelligent document and spreadsheet processing. It offers features like AI chat, writing, polishing, proofreading, typesetting, translation, AI-assisted document operations, and AI-assisted data processing to help users improve office efficiency and unlock new levels of productivity.

1.2. Environment Requirements

1.2.1 Operating System Requirements:

win7 (SP1 and above), win10, win11 (32/x64)

1.2.2 Office Software Requirements:

MS Office: >=Office 2013 WPS Office: >=2019 (Some lite versions may not be supported; verification with the actual version is required)

1.3. Installation and Login

1.3.1 Download and Installation

For the initial installation, please download from HERE

1.3.2 Login

  1. After the OfficeAI plugin is installed, a "New User Guide" document will automatically open (or you can open any Word/Excel file).
