Audio we think we can hard code dimensions Video we are thinking of removing height and width and testing with viewers as this is a 'should' in the spec. |

What Does This Do?
This does what is described in Issue-141, but I'm not sure if thumbnails should go through Cantaloupe at all or be based on type.
When creating static thumbnails, there is a check for width and height, but I'm also not sure if a thumbnail could ever get this or if there is another source for static images.
