refactor(analytics): Analytics migration to TypeScript

Description

• Initial migration done.
• Remove test-types and move to unit tests if still relevant.
• Need to go over types and double check everything is in order and is the same as previous implementation.
• Fix this issue: [🐛] logEvent versus logScreenView #8609
