This PR is intended to further develop the PLGarage API to support providing player, player creation and leaderboard statistics to automated systems (such as bots, website backends etc).
Work has not yet started but will update as I go regarding progress, the PR being opened early as draft will hopefully allow plenty of time for review/amendments as APIs are implemented.
