add feature: dispatch tv key events

当前仅兼容到BaseVideoView
大致思路：
1.重写BaseVideoView的方法，将获取焦点动作嫁接到SuperContainer上。
2.将传递到SuperContainer的key事件，通过EventDispatcher进行分发。
3.扩展EventDispatcher的方法，类似分发touch事件，分发到各个cover。
