still working on do_create, commiting to save changes
still not working correctly, but at least it is getting some values now

partially fixed
changed key and value split

cleaned up do_create and fixed my comments
last task passed, so saving here and adding setup_mysql_test.sql
removed debugging printf, i think checker didn't like
having trouble with task 8. dbstorage Place
