Clone the repository and cd into it. Run stack install and then stack build.
Then run stack exec gameoflife to run with default initial state. To run with custom initial state run stack exec gameoflife <args> where args is a list of list of coordinates that should be alive in the form of x,y.
For example:
stack exec gameoflife 0,1 1,2 2,0 2,1 2,2
Clone the repository and cd into it. It's recommended that you run cabal sandbox init so that it uses a sandbox local to this project's directory and doesn't mess with other libraries. Run cabal install --dependencies-only to install the dependencies.
Then run cabal run to run with default initial state. To run with custom initial state, run cabal build and then run ./dist/build/gameoflife <args> where args is a list of list of coordinates that should be alive in the form of x,y.
For example:
./dist/build/gameoflife 0,1 1,2 2,0 2,1 2,2
