Example:
There are two variants like this:
VCVTPD2DQ xmm1, xmm2/m128 and VCVTPD2DQ xmm1, ymm2/m256

In order to distinguish the different width memory operands, the correct assembly mnemonic (as prescribed by xed and objdump) are
VCVTPD2DQX and VCVTPD2DQY resp.

ambiguous disassembly.
