A special release to update the ks binary in the base image with centos7, for KSE v4.1.3
Since centos:7 image was deprecated, re-building with the original Dockerfile is impossible, so we need to build from existing base image.
This release only update the base image and only update the ks binary in the base image. If you don't use the ks cmd, do not use this release.
The updated images will be:
kubesphere/builder-base:v4.1.3
kubesphere/builder-base:v4.1.3-podman
