feat(community): Add OVHcloud AI Endpoints provider

Hi team,
We would like to introduce a new integration of OVHcloud AI Endpoints in the JS project. It is already integrated in Python and Java.
OVHcloud AI Endpoints is a French inference provider, allowing users to use LLMs from a French Cloud Provider GDPR compliant, with data sovereignty and privacy.

We will make a PR to the documentation once this will be merged.

Hi @christian-bromann, thank you very much for your answer and letting me know. Could you tell me if the delay is more in days or weeks than in months? As we are one of the biggest Cloud Provider offering inference in Europe, we have a large growing audience asking us to be integrated in popular tools such as Langchain. We already are integrated in Langchain Python, thus this PR for the Javascript project — as well as tools like LiteLLM, Pydantic, Kilo Code, or soon Hugging Face and Open Router.
