This updates the channel for Laravel 12.

  • Drop support for PHP 8.1
  • Drop support for Laravel 9
  • Drop support for Laravel 10

It also includes code cleanup:

  • Uses constructor promotion
  • Uses pint for code formatting
  • Upgrades to PHPUnit 11: uses test_ prefix and fixes deprecations
  • Replaces the conditional binding for a plain Sns instance binding

I removed the service provider tests because they were finicky boilerplate copies of the implementation.
