AnnotationHub returns poor results in lcdbwf

While trying to use salmon in lcdbwf I discovered that AnnotationHub returns a table whose GENEIDs are mere numbers, e.g. 3002, rather than ENSGs. Rows also seem to be missing in the returned table.
