Asem/v2 111/issue solana intent

This PR allows intents from EVM to Solana

important changes:

• config.ts has solana data now
• IssueIntent.svelte has 2 recipient fields(one optional for EVM) and (one required for Solana)

I don't wanna approve since I don't want to merge changes into main:

• Solana is not ready to be pushed to lintent.org.
• I don't wanna break main build.

Also, I would love if we can fork off the develop branch which uses the @lifi/intent library.
For this PR, I believe it would be as easy as asking Claude fr it.

I am planning to make the PR to another branch most probbably will be "solana/develop". I will make "solana/develop" based on the current "develop" branch so i use the latest changes. Feel free to close this PR it is not going to be merged anyway.
