I don't think we want to make that change: we'll rather wait for Bolt 12 to be merged which makes the link work. |

The PR for Bolt 12 is still in Draft, which results in a broken link in Bolt 4. This PR modifies the link to point to the PR for Bolt 12 instead of the file for now.
