Upgrade to Lychee v4 and rebased to alpine 3.12.
Lychee Changes:

TO WRITE (mostly fixes)

Packaged version of Lychee including the vendor folder.
Install process is as follow:

1. extract the zip file.
2. create your database and user manually

Then you have two possibilities:

• cp .env.example .env
• edit .env
• php artisan key:generate
• php artisan migrate
• sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .

or

• sudo chown -R www-data:www-data . and acces from your browser the Lychee installation and follow the installation steps
