check-torch_mlir-python is the correct target for testing.

check-torch_mlir-pythonis the correct target for testing.I wonder if the previously mentioned target
check-torch-mlir-pythonis written so according to any coding guidelines. FWIW, this commit should fix it unless the previous target was intended, in which case, some directory namings need to be manipulated.
