GitHub Manager is a small GNOME Shell extension that integrates GitHub inside the GNOME Desktop Environment. It currently allows to view GitHub notifications as GNOME Desktop notification and to keep track on how many unread notification you have on GitHub.
- Regular notification check on a configurable interval, with current count displayed on the GNOME Shell top bar.
- Multiple ways to receive desktop notification:
- Digest mode: one notification when the GitHub notification count changes
- Single mode: a notification for each GitHub notitification
- No notification: only the count will be updated
- Configurable actions on the notification
More features are planned for future development (if free time allows it 🤣).
Bugs should be reported to the GitHub issues tracker. Please use the tracker only for bugs. If you have any questions or doubts, please refer to the Discussions board.
