Added support to pandas <=1.5.4 and numpy <= 1.24.2

Updating code to use pandas<=1.5.3 and numpy<=1.24.2
8170356 
- Changed np.object to object
- fixed timestamp.astype('datetime[ms]') to work with pandas <=1.5.3 and numpy <=1.24.2
- update setup.py to be according with setuptools new rules (uses extra_require instead of tests_require)

Nice contribution! These changes look good for me. Would be very nice if we can get these prioritized for review and released as soon as possible. These dependencies limitation on core libs like pandas and numpy has been blocking a lot of my developments.

@samuelrohr thanks for the PR. We will get to pandas 1.5.x eventually, but we need to work thru the versions and test everything before we move to the next set of pins. FYI Im planning on releasing mongo 5.x pandas 1.1.x shortly.
You're welcome to fork the repo, or run off a separate branch - and we'd be interested to hear how you get on.

Is there any update on this? A lot of my libraries require at least pandas 1.3.x now. Many thanks

@tomnewg i forked the projected and had been using this changed version. I will update the MR may be they accept it.

using: .list_versions()
I get the error:
AttributeError: 'backports.zoneinfo.ZoneInfo' object has no attribute 'zone'

I just push some other fixes that we have made. Could you try again?
We renamed the project to avoid conflict but on update-pandas-numpy branch it should be with the original name.
