Everything works!
Reader accepts parted data.
There is no difference between uploaded and programmed code
Autoreset works

All debug features are going to be moved to separate branch.

Updated Writer

Added MULoader to upload code from PC (Windows/Linux) - Python 2.7 and pySerial required
MULoaderWriter works, can write data in multiple parts and detect if metadata are written to correct tag
No updates to MULoaderReader

Known issues:
Writer sometimes can't detect tag (on breadboard, may be wiring issue)
Quitting MULoader unexpectedly may require resetting MFRC522 board (unplug and plug again)

Initial release

Self programming works, but it lacks essential functionality.
It jumps to user app only after updating flash with tag, no timeout yet.
Writer is uncomfortable to use (yet) but works.
