This is a rebase of #47 as a work in progress.
Currently there are several unfinished parts and issues:
Things hanged with using
shexp_process- I haven't investigated instead resorting to going back to an old version ofvcs_git_unix, but this older version has the issue thatcwdwon't work properly in parallel (using a global side effect of current-working-dir).I haven't had time to try out the non-blocking wait offered by Miou
