@sebbyjp This is a proposal on how Kalman Filter can be used with mbodied-agents

Note:

• The motion_vector.py function can be replaced by using the flatten() function inherited from the Sample class.

• There is still more to be done to extend the usage such as integrating Tree of Thought to the state vector.
