Implement and display hierarchical index numbers on dataroom folder and document cards.

This provides users with a clear, automatically generated, and consistent numbering system for all items within a dataroom's nested structure, reflecting their order and hierarchy as requested in the task. The numbering cascades through all subfolders and documents, maintaining the proper hierarchy at each level.
