This pull request updates the Azure OpenAI resource configuration and associated scripts to reflect a change in the SKU naming convention from Standard to GlobalStandard. Additionally, template hashes in the main.json file have been updated to align with the changes. Below is a summary of the most important changes:

Updates to Azure OpenAI resource configuration:

  • Changed the SKU name for text-embedding-ada-002 from Standard to GlobalStandard in infra/bicep/deploy_azure_open_ai.bicep and infra/bicep/main.json. This ensures consistency with the updated naming convention. [1] [2]

Script adjustments for quota checks:

  • Updated the MIN_CAPACITY mapping in infra/scripts/checkquota.sh to reflect the new SKU name GlobalStandard for text-embedding-ada-002.
  • Modified the MODEL_TYPES logic in infra/scripts/quota_check_params.sh to include both openai.standard and openai.globalstandard variants for model names, ensuring compatibility with the new naming convention.

Template hash updates:

  • Updated template hashes in infra/bicep/main.json to reflect changes in the resource configuration. These changes are necessary for deployment consistency. [1] [2]
