fix: Updated paramters in CADeploy pipeline

Purpose

This pull request includes updates to the deployment workflow configuration in .github/workflows/CAdeploy.yml to ensure parameter names are consistent with the infrastructure template. The changes help prevent deployment errors caused by mismatched parameter names.

Deployment parameter naming updates:

• Changed the parameter name from gptDeploymentCapacity to gptModelCapacity to match the expected input in the Bicep template.
• Changed the parameter name from imageTag to containerImageTag for clarity and consistency with the template.
