added comments to describe the functions. and it's working
Description of the changes:
-added comments to describe the purpose of the TrimTrailingZeros function, its parameters, and its steps.
improved the comment for the first if statement to clarify that it checks for the presence of a decimal point.
added a comment to explain the purpose of the second if statement, which removes the trailing decimal point if it exists.
How changes were validated:
-i manually tested all the changes
