Add the following support to the gateway to proxy to:
Enable proxying to a locally hosted MCP server over STDIO
Enable proxying to a remotely hosted MCP server using streamable HTTP.
Additionally, add support for workload identity, allowing the server to authenticate securely to upstream resource providers.
Update relevant documentation and bump package versions as needed.
