Some servers start every line of a multiline response with <code>- despite this not being standard. We now account for this case by dropping these codes.

The pure-ftpd server seems to behave this way. I used this PR and it seems to me it works correctly, just the debug needs disabling :) |

Thanks for testing! Good to hear it works since I don't think I ever ran it before. I'll look into adding a test and merging it |
