+ replaced outdated mongo-uri dependency
…ct to admin db when calling index with no db + added authDatabase field to MongoUri that will default to 'admin' + index now calls get_db_stats with authDatabase + index now calls get_sidebar_list with authDatabase
… bug wa sit being '' when '/' was present at the end of connect string. no authDb logic required

the 'mongo-uri' component is 6 years old and outdated so replaced it
