version-1.0

This is the original dataset + version that was used for MedCalc-Bench for the NeurIPS 2024 Datasets and Benchmarks Track Paper. It contains errors in extractions + calculator implements for roughly 35% of the data, so strongly recommend using v2.0 and only using v1.0 for reproducing older studies. We have also improved the synthetic patient note quality and improved the annotations + added more instances for the training data.
