The table displays properly in my Visual Studio Code (IDE), but it causes a
crash in Google Colab. However, when I make adjustments for compatibility
in Google Colab, it results in issues when running in my Visual Studio
Code. It appears that there is a conflict in the syntax or rendering of
tables between the two platforms, leading to compatibility challenges.

- Please check this table is formatted correctly. It is possible you
are violating a Markdown syntax rule but Colab is still able to figure it
out for you.

The table displays properly on Visual studio code. The runtime has been resolved. The sections and subsections now have a consistent heading font size.
