Cloud tests can now use a matrix strategy.

  • Select different cloud providers with boolean (e.g. AWS: true/false)
  • Select different profiles with boolean (e.g. test: true/false)

Currently this doesn't seem to matrix up the clouds properly, not sure what's wrong here:
