LMT-toolkit analysis v1.2

Installation and launch via Docker
Several bugs were corrected:

• problem with reliability display
• possibility to do several analysis on a same file (especially an activity per time bin after a simple preset analysis which didn't work
• simple preset analysis works even start time and / or end time fields are empty
• other bugs corrections

Enhancements:

• progression feedback during rebuild
• possibility to skip rebuild process if the file is already rebuild (save the version of the rebuild script)

This version uses the LMT-analysis version 1.0.7 to prepare new features (new analysis presets)
