refactor: move marketplace to ory-corp/claude-plugins#26

Move the marketplace definition to a separate ory-corp/claude-plugins repository. Enrich plugin.json with version, category, tags, and a detailed description so it serves as the single source of plugin metadata under strict mode. Update release-please to bump the version in plugin.json instead of the now-removed marketplace.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
