It looks like there's still a dependency issue: uk.ac.ebi.interpro:graphdraw:jar:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT. Are you getting a clean build locally? If you're running mvn install you can just delete the contents of ~/.m2/repository/, your local maven repository so it pulls everything down fresh, more like what jenkins will do. There's probably a flag for that too...
