Description
Use sacct to check if jobs have succeeded.
Motivation and Context
We should make sure that submitted jobs have succeeded before deploying the pedestal and let the user know in case of issues. The previous implementation relied on text in the log-files that can change.
How Has This Been Tested?
https://jira.slac.stanford.edu/browse/ECS-9575 describes the datasets used for testing. A problem with pswww provided the confirmation that errors will be reported.
Where Has This Been Documented?
Here and in the JIRA (so not a lot).
