This is not ready for prime time yet, but is a starting point.
The TextBuffer can be used to build a rich text string with font/style formatting, that can be appended or inserted into a RichTextArea.
There includes other enhancements to TextArea/RichTextArea such as scrolling to a text range or the beginning/end, getting the text length (without necessarily getting the entire string), adding a BeginEdit/EndEdit for more efficient editing of multiple attributes, etc.
This is missing a WinForms implementation thus far.
