By the way, now that there is a recipe for building debian releases, we can also actually build a .deb file as part of the release itself. How to do that, on your side...though? I'm not really sure how projects usually manage this. I mean, I could build it and send to you, but you'd think that development teams would have some more formalized way of dealing with this situation.

I don't know what standard practices are to build a .deb file either. What do you suggest? Is there any way to automate this? Perhaps it could be an artifact built by conda-forge (https://github.com/conda-forge/cytoolz-feedstock), but I don't know if they are able to handle this. I can look into it.

Actually, perhaps we should add a $ make deb target in the Makefile to at least make this easier.

@eriknw No need to add make deb. I'm about to introduce cytoolz to Debian's official archive since it's a reverse dependency of spaCy. The current files under debian directory, I guess, don't meet Debian's requirement. I'll redo the packaging.
