raylib project creator v1.1

Added some improvements and fixed some issues:

• ADDED: Support raylib path as property on VS2022 projects, so it can be overwriten by CI/CD system
• REVIEWED: Issue with browser files filter (*.c;*.h) not working properly
• ADDED: Support for HighDPI/4K monitors, scaling UI automatically (use F10 to toggle scaling)
• REVIEWED: Issue while building Basic Sample
• ADDED: Web version (itch.io) link on README
